Each inspection appointment is scheduled as a 3-hour block. Larger homes or multiple add-on services may use the full window. We recommend being present for the final 30 minutes for an in-person walkthrough.

Your complete digital report — photographs, detailed findings, and a prioritized action summary — is delivered within 48 hours. Most reports are issued the same evening as the inspection.

After you submit the booking form, we confirm your slot within 1 business day. You receive an order number which you use to complete payment. Inspections are not conducted until payment is confirmed.

Payment is accepted from the time of booking confirmation through the morning of your appointment. Credit card payments processed via Stripe — secure, no account needed.

Yes. New construction inspections are highly recommended before the final walkthrough with the builder. We routinely identify code deviations, moisture issues, and workmanship deficiencies in newly completed homes.

Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Reschedules with 24 hours' notice are accommodated at no charge.

Through InterNACHI's Buy-Back Guarantee program, if we miss a material defect that would have been identifiable at the time of inspection, InterNACHI will buy the home back for the original purchase price within 90 days of closing. Terms apply.
