Each inspection is scheduled as a 3-hour block. Larger homes or multiple add-on services may use the full window. We recommend being present for the final 30 minutes for an in-person walkthrough with the inspector.
Your complete digital report is delivered within 48 hours. Most reports are issued the same evening as the inspection. Solar survey reports are also available with 24-hour priority turnaround (Premium package add-on).
Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Reschedules with 24 hours' notice are accommodated at no charge.
We serve Greater Metro Atlanta including Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Forsyth, Clayton, Henry, Fayette, Paulding, Rockdale, and Douglas counties. Contact us for properties outside this area.
Yes — this is a core part of our business. We offer recurring survey partnerships for solar installation companies including bulk pricing, white-label services, and dedicated account support. Email solar@inspectthathome.com or use the Solar Survey request form.
Home inspections are paid via Stripe secure payment link after booking — you'll receive the link in your confirmation email. Solar survey clients are invoiced after the completed survey with Net-15 terms for partnership accounts.
Through InterNACHI's Buy-Back Guarantee program, if we miss a material defect that would have been identifiable at the time of inspection, InterNACHI will buy the home back for the original purchase price within 90 days of closing. Terms apply.
