Your own standard inspection toolkit. Moisture meter, flashlight, outlet tester, thermal imaging, ladder, etc. Specialty equipment (drone, etc.) per job scope.
We enter clients' homes. Clean background check is required before first assignment.
Clear written + verbal communication. You'll interact directly with homeowners, agents, and installer partners. Your report is a legal document and a customer experience.
